    Birthday Candle Holder

    Birthday Candle Holder.

    I’m going to have one excited birthday girl tomorrow morning! A tradition of ours is to have cinnamon rolls and fruit the morning of our birthday. 

    To make things exciting I bought this candle holder for part of the morning celebrations. I cannot decide if I want to put the amount of candles they turn every year or fill all of them? What should I do? It has a total of 18 candles. Either way, it’s such a fun and easy way to celebrate the birthday girl!

    It’s Spring! The grass is greening up, the sun is shining more often, and the temps are slowly rising. Nothing makes my heart happier after a long winter! 

    I purchased this daisy rug at Hobby Lobby and have been on the hunt to find a rug to go under it. I came across this blue, tan, and white one and I could not be happier! It adds the perfect amount of color and texture. My favorite thing about it, is that it’s washable! If you’re trying to find a settle but still have a pop of color, this rug would be a perfect option!

    Window Cleaning Rag

    Does anyone else struggle getting a window or mirror clean? I can spray and scrub and rub, and I still end up with streaks and missed spots. 

    I’m not joking, these rags are AMAZING! All you do do is get them wet or damp, go over your spot a few times, use the dry part of the rag to dry, and voila, it’s clean. No joke, I can clean a large door or window in a half amount of time with these rags. 

    I not only ordered them for myself but I plan on giving them to my mom and sister for Mother’s Day. They’re that good!

    Crank Cheese Grater

    Crank Cheese Grater

    You know when you’re told about a product and you just think, oh I’ll just buy that later? And then months and months pass, and you’re still thinking, oh I’ll buy it next time. Well that is exactly what I was doing with my hand held cheese grater. Every time I purchased a block of cheese, I’d wait until the very last minute I had to shred it, knowing it was a pain to do. 

    Over a year now, my sister kept telling me that I needed this crank cheese grater. Then about a month ago my friend told me too. After being told over 10 times how great this crank cheese grater really is, I finally decided to purchase this crank cheese grater that has been sitting in my cart for over a year now. 

    I’m writing to you to just purchase the dang thing! Why did I wait so long? It literally took me seconds to shred this block of cheese, compared to the dreaded hand grater that would have taken me a while to do (and maybe nicking my knuckle). 

    I cannot stop talking about this crank cheese grater. My daughter also is now able to help me shred cheese, unlike before.

    It comes with three different blades. A course shredded blade, a fine shredded blade, and a slicer. I have a feeling the slicer will come in handy for the upcoming warmer months to slice cucumbers up for our snacks!

    Spring Tulips

    Tulips

    Are you looking for some flowers to last you all Spring? These faux tulips are worth every penny (in my opinion)! 

    I have had these for three years now and every year I have been asked if they’re real. They come with 20 stems and feel realistic. They are very easy to work with and you can cut and bend as you desire. 

    Every time I bring these out, I cannot get over how perfect they are for our kitchen table.

    Welcome to my first blog post!

    Ever since my first born was little, this color scheme has always been our go-to when decorating her room. It’s a such a girly room that gives off a country and clean look.

    PS – This rug in person, is one of the most gorgeous rugs I’ve seen! It’s playful, warm, and the colors are beautifully paired together.
